Home Page

Summary

Mark DeBolt provides specialized risk management and purchasing consulting services to both F500 Companies, but also a focus on high net worth individuals and their corporations. Mark brings to the table over 30 years of risk and purchasing experience working with major corporations, along with experience as a former broker with Marsh Inc. and underwriter with Continental Insurance Company.

RFI's, RFP's & Bidding - All Products and Services

In addition, Mark routinely runs bidding projects for clients in various areas. Proper positioning and negotiation skills are critical in obtaining the best products at the most reasonable prices. Its been our experience that many bids are lost before they start due to poor positioning and developing the bid process. With experience in purchasing goods and services totaling over $1 Billion annually, Mark is often referred to as the person they wouldn't want on the other side of the table. We can tailor a bid specification to suit most any client’s unique needs and run the bid on your behalf reducing the client’s workload while helping achieve the desired outcome.  Often we look at contracts and simply provide guidance in the managing the deliverables.

Corporate RIsk Management

We review large corporate insurance programs pointing out areas that are incorrect and/or fail to provide coverage the client may need.  Our typed written reports average between 8-20 pages per policy.  Fees for such reviews can often be done on a flat fee basis, allowing the project to be a finite cost.

Personal RIsk Management

One area that continues to have significant interest is reviewing all aspects of high net-worth families property and casualty risk management programs.  As family offices discharge their fiduciary duty in properly insuring their family members, they often turn to someone who is truly independent of the insurance brokerage and underwriting world.  All my current clients understand what value an independent view can bring for their family members.  There is not one family office I have reviewed that didn't have significant uncovered exposures.  Again, such reviews are done on a flat fee so the family office can manage to a budget.

Our Commitment

While we treat all of our clients with courtesy and integrity, what we are most proud of is our effort to be the best and handling our client information with the utmost confidentiality.  In addition, long before the crisis in the insurance world, we have always provided our clients with Warranty Statements that we only accept fees from our clients and have no relationship with any vendor.  We don't let vendors buy us lunch, attend their parties or ride on their jets.  It just doesn't happen.

Our Record

Our track record and ethics are unmatched.  Feel free to call us for some references.   In addition, for services that are bid our fees are usually paid for many times over.
